The Georgia Secretary of State said that they have confirmed receiving over 4 million early and mail-in ballots, and that all of this data must be uploaded and recorded within one hour after the polling stations close, with most polling stations closing at 7 PM. He is optimistic that by 8 PM, it will be possible to have processed 99% of the data, and all voting data will be processed by the end of the day, but many small counties are working to complete the vote counting by 10 PM or 10:30 PM.
