I think a lot of projects never pushed it far enough for real adoption, mostly limited by overcollateralization and composability
I like how @Tulpea_org on Megaeth tries to fix this, it’s like RealT but :

This is basically a bank but onchain, and that’s what we need, not another protocol stuck halfway between DeFi and RWA with the worst of both
