Developer activity is considered one of the most reliable indicators of long-term growth for blockchain. Recently, Santiment announced a ranking of crypto projects focused on real-world assets (RWA) based on development activity over the past 30 days, clearly reflecting which ecosystems are building the most robust infrastructure.

Tokenizing RWA requires complex technical platforms such as custody tools, legal compliance layers, oracles, smart contracts, and integration capabilities with traditional financial systems. Therefore, token prices often do not immediately reflect these advancements, while GitHub data shows them quite clearly. High developer engagement usually indicates long-term commitment, continuous product improvement, and infrastructure aligned with organizational standards.

According to Santiment, the top 10 standout RWA projects in development activity include: Hedera, Chainlink, Avalanche, Stellar, Chia Network, Axelar, IOTA, VeChain, Injective, and OriginTrail. These projects are leading in building tokenization infrastructure, cross-chain interoperability, and RWA applications for enterprises and financial organizations.
