The transferors include the company’s controlling shareholder Xingzhiyuan, the concerted actor of the actual controller Zhihang Investment, and the employee shareholding platform Yimi Investment. After the change in equity, the shareholding ratio of Xingzhiyuan, Zhihang Investment, and its concerted actor Lai Jianliang decreased from 41.83% to 38.18%, and the shareholding ratio of Yimi Investment decreased from 8.98% to 7.23%. This transfer will not lead to changes in the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller.
