Harris dominance on Polymarket: Trump's votes are decreasing

On decentralized crypto prediction platform Polymarket, Kamala Harris’s chances of winning the upcoming presidential election have surpassed Donald Trump’s.

Harris’ chance of winning the November election rose to 52% on Polymarket today, while Trump’s chance of being elected fell to 45%. Harris surpassed Trump on Saturday, unsettling crypto investors. Donald Trump’s positive comments on cryptocurrencies in recent days had ensured investor support for him.

The biggest transaction on the platform continues to be the US election results, and its volume has now exceeded $572 million. Harris’ team has taken action as cryptocurrencies become part of the election debate and Trump reiterates his support for Bitcoin.

Harris and his running mate Tim Walz have not yet explicitly addressed cryptocurrency. According to AARP, Minnesota passed a law during Walz’s governorship to strengthen cryptocurrency regulation. Crypto4Harris is expected to hold a meeting on Wednesday, with several leaders of the cryptocurrency industry, including Crypto Council for Innovation CEO Sheila Warren and billionaire Mark Cuban, speaking.
