Bitmine Chairman Tom Lee: The cryptocurrency winter may end before April.

ETH-1.34%

Gate News reports that on March 29, Bitmine Chairman Tom Lee stated in an interview that the current downturn in the cryptocurrency market may have reached its bottom or could end before April 2026. Tom Lee noted a strong correlation between Ethereum’s recent price movements and historical declines in the S&P 500 index, including the 1987 stock market crash and the 2011 debt ceiling crisis. Furthermore, long-term holders are still maintaining their positions, while exchange balances are declining, signals that typically align with the accumulation phase near market bottoms. It is reported that BitMine increased its holdings by over 65,000 ETH in late March, bringing its total holdings to over 4.6 million.
