What are systemic vulnerabilities in society? It's not that you are weak, but that the system you are in determines your weakness. Systemic vulnerabilities refer to individuals who find it very difficult to turn their situation around regardless of how hard they try, within the established制度, rules, and resource allocation structures. The key phrase is four characters: structural lock-in. Four typical characteristics of systemic vulnerabilities are: First, the core entry point is sealed off, with no资格 to enter the core track; no matter how努力, you are only circling around the periphery. The so-called "once you reach that level, you'll have a chance," but that level itself is a threshold you cannot reach — you're not slow, you're just on a different map. Second, being asked to sacrifice to maintain the system's operation—overtime, patience, dedication, and emotional appeal. Once you start calculating the回报, you are accused of being现实, impure. Your role is not that of a driver, but of fuel. Third, risk sinks while收益 rises. When things go wrong, you take the blame; success is credited to leadership; during upward phases, you are压, and during崩塌, you die first. This is a典型的 downstream pressure structure. Fourth, long-term domestication through moral narratives, with the system repeatedly instilling three phrases: you should be content, if you can't do it, it's because you're not努力 enough, and stability is good. This is精神止痛药, not a解药.
