Someone asked me, why don't you take advertising deals? Actually, I'm not really short on money, but I'm not exactly wealthy either; I just have the ability to make choices. Secondly, there are many highly profitable ads in the market, but few align with my values. Thirdly, once I start taking ads frequently, it's easy to unconsciously change my way of expressing myself. I might tend to say what makes it easier to close a deal rather than what I truly want to say. Over time, the content becomes distorted, and I myself change. So, some money can be earned; some money isn't necessary. What I care more about is: whether my expression is genuine, whether my recommendations are honest, and whether, in the long run, I am true to myself and to the people who have been watching.
